Yash Metrology Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. (YML) is a NABL accredited Calibration and Testing Laboratory established at 93/E, Sector-5, Gandhi Nagar, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India. The laboratory operates in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and is committed to providing reliable, technically competent and traceable calibration and testing services. YML's management system emphasizes competent manpower, well-maintained facilities, controlled processes and valid measurement traceability.

YML provides calibration and testing services through both its Permanent Laboratory and Site/On-Site facilities, enabling customers to obtain services at their premises while minimizing equipment downtime.

The laboratory has a comprehensive NABL-accredited scope covering various areas of Electrical and Electro-Technical measurements. Its calibration capabilities include AC/DC voltage and current, AC high current up to 5000 A, AC/DC high voltage, resistance, power, energy, power factor, harmonics and other electrical parameters. The accredited scope also includes measurement of voltage and current harmonics up to the 39th order.

YML provides specialized calibration and measurement services for Energy Meters and AC Power/Energy measurement systems, including single-phase and three-phase active energy, reactive energy, apparent energy, active power, reactive power, apparent power and power factor measurements.

The laboratory also has capabilities related to Current Transformer (CT), Voltage Transformer (VT) and CT/VT comparator systems, including ratio error, phase error and other associated measurements. Its accredited testing scope includes CT and VT testing, with CT testing extending to higher current ratios and VT measurements covering voltage transformers up to 220 kV for specified parameters.

YML has developed specialized capabilities in High Voltage, Impulse Voltage and Partial Discharge measurements/calibration. The NABL scope includes high-voltage measurement capabilities as well as impulse voltage measurement and calibration parameters, supporting applications in high-voltage testing and measurement systems. The laboratory's existing management-system documentation also identifies AC high-voltage measurement up to 200 kV and DC high-voltage measurement up to 100 kV among its services.

In addition to laboratory calibration, YML offers on-site calibration and testing services, particularly for energy meters and electrical equipment. Its site-service capability enables calibration to be performed at customer premises, thereby reducing shutdown and operational downtime.
